It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit ! The space The apartment is the perfect feel-good place for a short trip as a couple or as a stopover for travelers. The house is quietly located on the outskirts of town and just a stone's throw from forest and orchards. Minimalistically but high-quality furnished, the calm atmosphere helps to relax from everyday stress. Whether active in mountain biking or hiking, the area offers endless possibilities for every season and every taste. The apartment has its own entrance through a shared hallway. The first room you enter is the dining area with kitchen appliances and a minibar. There is a vintage stove. Here is also the roof terrace with a dreamlike view and morning sun. The bedroom with a 1.60 m bed and skylight to the sky adjoins a bathroom with bidet and bathtub. Care products and a hairdryer as well as towels and bed linen are provided. In the living room, there is a TV with Netflix (own account required), a Wii, books, games, and a balcony with evening sun. Two guest mattresses are available. Wi-Fi. A washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement for a fee of 5 Euros. Access to the house is via a key box. Other things to note I ask you be aware, that there are my two cats in the house. They are trusting and can sweeten your stay.
