General's Villa’s Cabin with Swimming Pool

Located a few blocks from the main highway and short driving distance to convenient stores and local public markets. The space Comprises a total of four bedrooms with a bathroom in every room: two bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper floor. Cabin 1: Double deck single size beds, and double size bed. Can accommodate 4 people. Cabin 2: Double deck single size beds, a double size bed, and a pull-out single bed . Can accommodate 5 people Cabin 3: Double deck single size beds, a double size bed, and a pull-out single bed . Can accommodate 5 people. Cabin 4: Double deck double size beds and a pullout single bed. Can accommodate 5 adults. We provide memory foam mattresses to ensure people to sleep comfortably. Guest access Enjoy free access to our infinity pool and heated jacuzzi from 8am to 8pm which allows you to relax with the whole family at this tranquil place to stay. Other things to note Occupancy You can book this cabin up to maximum of 16 persons only. But it can physically accommodate up to 20 persons. In excess of 16, extra person charge is ₱1000 including extra bed set-up. The whole property is actually good for two families. I have 2 listings: a house good for 9 can be stretched to 12 people and a cabin good for 16 and can be stretched to 20 people (with additional bed set-up). The two structures are separated by the driveway and a sprawling garden to give each family space and privacy. If you prefer the entire place for yourself, please notify me in advance so I can close out the house. But if you book both the cabin and the house, I will give you 10% off on both. Camping on site If you need additional sleeping arrangements, we have a perfect camping spot on site. Applicable charges may apply. You may bring your own camping and protective gears. Entertainment TV and Videoke rental fee is ₱1000 per day (up to 10PM only). Massage chair with multi-function full body, legs and foot massage all in one rental fee is ₱1000 per overnight use. Cooking on Site Kitchen is equipped with basic essentials from cooking utensils to pots and pans, rice cooker, oven toaster, electric kettle and a 2-burner gas stove. We charge ₱500 extra for the consumption of LPG tank for overnight use. Outdoor griller is available. Bring charcoal or buy at a nearby convenient store. Pet-Friendly Our space is very pet friendly with lots of space to move around. Pets must have their own sleeping mats and must be kept off the beds in consideration of some guests who have allergies. Pets are not allowed within the pool area for their own safety. Respect for Nature We are raising an organic farm. We avoid using chemicals that are harmful to nature and humans. We recommend that you bring insect repellant lotion for your comfort. Other Services We have our farm personnel on site to assist you during your stay. Housekeeping, cleaning, dishwashing, cooking/grilling, pet & babysitting, buying groceries and stuff at the grocery or local market and other similar services are available from 6AM to 8PM. Rate is ₱150 per hour. Breakfast Let us know in advance if you want us to prepare home-cooked breakfast. Give us your food preferences and dietary restrictions. Charges will apply accordingly.
