A light and spacious room with dedicated separate bathroom available for short term stays in a beautiful beach apartment complex, with amazing ocean and river views. Linen and towels are provided. It's a one-minute walk to beautiful Cotton Tree park and a short walk on to the shops and surf beach. It's a great place for single professionals needing a place to stay for a short period, international students while looking for somewhere permanent, or anyone just on holiday in Queensland! The space It's a great apartment with loads of natural light and floor to ceiling windows. The unit also has a large balcony to enjoy the amazing river and ocean views. Guest access You're welcome to use the common areas - lounge, kitchen and dining area and balcony. Access to the fridge and washing machine. **Check in times may be more flexible if arranged in advanced - please just ask ** During your stay I work full time and often at home, but will always be available by text or email for help or assistance. If working from home, my desk is in the common area, but I am in online meetings most of the day and use a headset for privacy, so there is no risk of disturbing one another. Feel free to make yourself at home. Happy to enjoy a chat after work. Other things to note Off-street parking can usually be found in the local area. Secure parking in the building is NOT available. There is a multi-storey parking facility 10 mins walk away. $12.50 for overnight parking.
