House with garden & swimming pool 30min from Paris

Pretty 17th century terraced house, 30 minutes by car from Paris (Porte d'Orleans) when it's moving and 55 minutes by public transport from the centre of Paris. In a co-ownership of 5 houses, which share a heated swimming pool from 01/05 to 30/09. Ideal for a couple and their children visiting Paris or Parisians looking for a little piece of greenery. It is located on the banks of the Essonne lake in the former village of Grigny, a Paris suburb. Shops 5 minutes away by car. The space In the heart of the old village of Grigny, a village preserved from the surrounding suburbs, the co-ownership of our house is an old stable, adjoining a manor house, dating from the 17th century. The property was built 45 years ago, along with the swimming pool, and has remained in its original state. It is secured by an automatic code door. A very quiet street runs behind the property (see aerial photo of the estate). Our house has a lot of charm if you like the old. We love it and go there almost every weekend and part of the holidays with our friends and family. It exudes a very good energy. To appreciate it, you have to be very open to ecology and social diversity, and not be too keen on maintenance 😉 it's an old house. It's also very pleasant in winter, with the fireplace and walks around the lake. Very pleasant ice rink and swimming pool around the lake. Our garden is 400 m2 and our house 100 m2. If you're coming by public transport, it's a 2km walk from Viry Chatillon RER station, where you can take the lake path directly. We can lend you 2 bicycles to go shopping in Viry if you are on foot, otherwise you can also use taxi apps, such as Uber Green. Guest access Communal areas: swimming pool heated only at the beginning of the season by heat pump, then heated naturally by the sun. Swimming pool, with secure closed door, open to tenants from 7am to 9pm and from 20/05 to 30/09. Deckchairs and dedicated area. Other things to note A sheet/towel rental kit is available for an additional fee (€100) as it is not included in the price and is subject to availability depending on the rental period. The same applies to the cleaning kit (€125). Our cleaning lady is not always available, so it is preferable to do the cleaning yourself. For sheets: - Room 1: The 4 single beds are 190 x 90cm and if you combine 2 of them, this makes a room 1 with a double bed of 190 x 180cm + 2 single beds of 190cm x 90cm. 4 pillows. 3 duvets. - Bedroom 2: The queensize double bed is 200cm x 160cm - 2 pillows and a bolster. 1 duvet 1 tancarville and 2 outside clotheslines available for drying clothes. Parties prohibited Please note that nothing should be flushed down the upstairs toilet except toilet paper. This is a Sanibroyeur: when you press the flush button, it makes a lot of noise, which can be surprising at first, especially at night.
