(1) Nice Apartment - UC3M Campus

Very close to Carlos III and Juan Carlos I Universities. A nice 2-story apartment 1 min. walk from the Metro and BUS, 20 min. from downtown Madrid by public transport: Metro, Bus and Train. A gated community with security, tennis courts, and a swimming pool. The room has a desk, internet access, closets, heating, and air conditioning. The bathroom is shared with another guest, as long as the other room we offer is occupied. The space Our guest would share the house with the owners: Mari Paz (English and Spanish) and Manuel (English and Spanish). The room on the 2nd floor has a 90 x 190 bed and overlooks a large terrace. Guest access Laundry service and breakfast are included in the price. The common areas, living room, kitchen, terrace, swimming pool, and tennis are available to our guests. Cooking is not allowed, but you can use the coffee maker, microwave, and reserved spaces in the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets. We offer dinners Monday through Friday for €10. Spanish cuisine, very healthy and plentiful. During your stay We help and provide our guests with all the help and collaboration they need, especially if they are foreign students, who in the first days of their stay need stronger support because everything is different for them.
