Our house is a real little piece of heaven, just 15 km from Nouméa, offering you quick access to its beaches and cultural life. In our green valley at the foot of the mountain, relax surrounded by nature, with the song of the parakeets and the friendly visit of the Nautus. Enjoy the idyllic setting with stunning views of Malawi Peak. The house, designed by an architect 9 years ago, is spread over three comfortable levels: - Level 0: A guest bedroom overlooking the pool with a single bed, a children's bedroom with a single bed and a shower room, separate toilet. - Level 1: A large bright living room with open kitchen, overlooking a covered terrace and the 9 x 2.5 m swimming pool with its outdoor solar shower. - Level 2: An intimate parental space with bedroom (one double bed), dressing room, bathroom (bath and shower, toilet) and terrace with spa pool. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for pleasant nights. Relax in the spa-pool (in the cool season), let the kids have fun with the trampoline and basketball hoop, or enjoy evenings around the brazier. In summer, the night resounds with the sounds of the flying foxes. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have quality bedding. Foodies will appreciate our fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing great meals. Stay connected with fiber optics or relax with our Smart TV, accessing Netflix and Disney+ for free. Music lovers will appreciate our Bang and Olufsen speaker. A stay in the heart of nature, a short walk to town, comfort and leisure guaranteed! Other things to note Discover the Robinson neighborhood, a peaceful haven still preserved from the urbanization of Nouméa. Surrounded by the forest, our house is conveniently located just 2 km from amenities: supermarket, gas station, doctors, pharmacies, and restaurants. Treat yourself to a takeaway pizza at La Remorque, 300 meters away, or enjoy a Poké Bowl at Tiati. The town of Mont Dore is a paradise for hikers. Explore the beautiful trails, and set off less than an hour from the Blue River Park or the Mount Koghi hikes. For adventurers, try canyoning, the "La Belle Verte" zipline or stroll through the canopy at Koghi Adventure Park. Just a 15-minute drive away, Nouméa awaits you with its cultural richness: admire the exhibitions at the Tjibaou Center, visit the Hagen Castle or the Art Factory. For golfers, the Tina course is within 10 minutes, and the Dumbéa course is 20 minutes away. Cyclists can enjoy Tina's beautiful trails, and for a relaxing evening, the Origin cinema offers a varied program worthy of big cities. Robinson is easily accessible and well served, but a car is needed to fully explore the area. Note that the pool has a protective net but children must know how to swim for their safety.
