Nestled between the Gippsland lakes and the 90 mile beach. This two story holiday house has direct access to Lake Victoria across the road and offers stunning water views from the balcony. Unique property with two living zones. The main part of the property is upstairs and accommodates 4 persons comfortably. Downstairs is set up as a 1 bedroom apartment with accommodation for another 3. Perfectly located just a short stroll to all the towns amenities and a short 5km drive to the surf beach. The space Lochie Lake house is a unique property in that the two levels are self contained accomodation with separate entrances accessible via an entrance and stairwell at the rear of the house. First Floor Two bedrooms and a central bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. Open plan living space, with kitchen and meals area and direct access to the large balcony. The perfect spot to fire up the barbecue and enjoy our magnificent sunsets and birdlife. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, bed side tables and robe. The master also has a small wall mounted TV. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and robe. Ground Floor Separate bedroom with Queen size bed, bedside tables, robe and an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. Living space with sofa bed, wall mounted TV, dining facilities and a handy kitchenette. Guest access For bookings of 4 or less why not consider only using the upstairs accommodation. For guests happy to limit access we can offer a $50.00 discount on the nightly rate. Message the host directly to arrange this before booking. Other things to note When the house is unoccupied prior to your stay, guests may need to turn on the water pump and hot water on arrival. By activating the boost function on the hot water service, you will have hot running water in a few hours. By doing this we can keep the cost of our amenities and the rental as low as possible. Please note that the properties only water source is tank water. Many residents drink their tank water but we always prefer to drink bottled water during our stays. The water is fine for teeth brushing, showering and cooking. Please do your absolute best to be water wise and keep showers as brief as possible. We also recommend using the sink to wash dishes rather than under running water. Lastly, the property does not have WiFi, mobile hotspot is the way to go.
