This stunning home offers 2 bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom for 1 - 4 guests of the same party. One of the bedrooms has the option of a king size bed or can be split into 2 twins for kids or "just friends" 2 block walk to the Halfmoon Bay store, adjacent sandy beach, government dock. Coopers Green and access to Welcome Woods trail network are a 15 minute walk with incredible hiking, biking, kayaking and other outdoor activities. Short drive to Sergeant Bay, Smuggler Cove parks. The space Enjoy the open concept kitchen, dining and living area that leads to an outdoor deck with a hot tub, BBQ, gas fireplace and outdoor seating and dining overlooking the forest. Relax in the TV room with 5.1 surround sound. Main living area is shared with host whose bedroom/bathroom is on a separate upper floor, and host occupies a studio in a private area at the back of the house. Shared space: kitchen, livingroom, dining room, patio. Guest private space: TV room, 2 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 bathrooms, hot tub. Guest access Guests can access the open living / dining / kitchen areas, patios, hot tub, TV room, and exercise room. During your stay I try to gauge and respect your comfort level with interaction. Other things to note I live in the home and sleep in the upstairs bedroom with its own bathroom. My bedroom has an open loft to the hallway / stairs below. Most of the time I work in my studio that is not part of the shared space, or maybe Netflix and chill in my room closer to bed time.
