Silence in the city

Charming house in a quiet area. All shops are a 2-minute walk away as are city buses. Zenith, Halle des Sports and Stade d'Ornano are a 5-minute walk away. Walking distance to all tourist sites: Caen Memorial, castle, abbeys, landing beaches... 1.5 hours from Mont St Michel, 30 minutes from Suisse Normande and Pays d'Auge, 2 hours by train to Paris. I will welcome you personally with pleasure and can advise you on outings and activities. Lionel The space The house includes an outdoor area on the street side and a quiet and cozy garden on the back veranda side. 2 bedrooms (1 with sofa bed) each with their own bathroom are at your disposal. Toilets upstairs and on the ground floor. In the entrance, a lounge area gives access to the veranda which houses a large bright fitted kitchen with garden views. At the end of the veranda towards the garden, a covered patio allows you to enjoy the outdoors. The garden is equipped with a barbecue, a lounge and a round table in the shade of an old cherry tree. Guest access Two of the three bedrooms are accessible. The partial basement is not permitted for guests.
