A cozy and quiet 3-room apartment in an old building in the 14th district of Vienna. An apartment full of charm and grace. When you enter the apartment, you are immediately greeted by a cozy atmosphere. High ceilings, stucco decorations and large windows give the rooms an airy and inviting ambience. The space The accommodation for single use offers two bedrooms, each with two 140 x 200 cm queen-size double beds. Due to its orientation towards the green inner courtyard, it is very quiet and on hot summer days the garden with a large bench in it proves to be pleasantly cooling. The spacious living room offers space for a cozy get-together on two sofas. A separate dining area with a large table in this living room invites you to eat together or work. Digital nomads can enjoy excellent internet. An (electric) fireplace gives everything a cozy and warm atmosphere. A completely new kitchen with a stove and oven, dishwasher and fridge is also fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and much more. It offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The newly designed and renovated bathroom has a large rain shower and a wide washbasin. Towels, hairdryer and shower gel are of course provided. A dryer in the laundry room helps if you get wet. The vintage toilet is decorated with attractive (mosaic) tiles and a hand basin. The location of the apartment is ideal for anyone looking for peace and quiet, but who does not want to miss out on the amenities and vibrant life of the city of Vienna. There are supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, stores and parks in the immediate vicinity. In addition, public transport (subway, streetcars, buses in the immediate vicinity) will take you quickly (approx. 15 minutes) and conveniently to the city center. Guest access Access to the apartment is quick and uncomplicated: You can get into the building with a remote opening. All you have to do is ring the intercom at the front gate. Then go through the corridor, past the mailboxes, up 8 steps to the right and straight ahead to the apartment. There you can use a code to open a key safe directly in front of the apartment. It contains the keys for both the apartment door and the keys for the entire building (front gate) You will receive the exact address and the code for the key safe a few days or the day before check-in.
