The pluses: the small balcony overlooking the garden of the residence, the quiet environment of the neighborhood and the fully equipped kitchen. We live in the apartment half the year and will be happy to make you enjoy our home during your stay. The space The apartment is bright and carefully decorated. It has a small balcony that opens directly to a green area and is away from the busiest streets. You will be greeted in the morning by the sound of birds. There are 2 small bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed for up to 6 adults in total. The second bedroom is a closed sleeping area: it does not have a window, but it is also the quietest room in the apartment. The apartment also has a bathroom with 2 access doors to serve the 2 bedrooms independently. The kitchen is equipped and has all the necessary equipment for cooking. This apartment is our primary residence. If you have a reading out, you can always draw from the living room library! 🐱 Important information: We are the happy owners of a cat. Even if it will not be on the premises during your stay, and despite all the care we take in the cleanliness of the apartment, it is not suitable for people with allergies. Bedroom 1: one double bed Bedroom 2: one double bed _ The building in which the apartment is located is a family building. Not suitable for parties or any other noisy activity. _ The street overlooking the apartment is quiet. The neighborhood is a typical neighborhood of Paris: you'll find several bakeries within a 5-minute walk, as well as restaurants for going out. I will be delighted to recommend our favorite places in the neighborhood to enjoy Parisian life! Guest access The apartment is located in a residence at the foot of the Pelleport metro station. It is also accessible from Gambetta (line 3) and Télégraphe (line 11) stations by walking a little bit. Line 3 crosses Paris from east to west and will easily bring you closer to the central neighborhoods (République, Opéra, Saint Lazare in particular). Line 11 will take you to Chatelêt and the Halles district in a few minutes. Many bus lines are accessible around the apartment. Bus line 96 takes you directly to Montparnasse and line 26 to Gare du Nord. _ When you arrive, you can access the apartment by picking up the keys from a secure box at the building entrance. Other things to note The apartment is our primary residence. We live there half of the year. It is therefore equipped accordingly and comfortable.
