Oricha Villa is a brand-new and spacious house which is located in the secure gated community of the Ocho Rios Country Club. We hope you have an exceptional stay The space The property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a plush U.S. king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The secondary bedroom has 1 single and 1 queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. Additionally, there is a double sofa bed in the living area. The open-plan living area beckons with plush seating, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV for entertainment. We have a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a sleek breakfast bar, you can also gather around the 6-seater dining table for meals together. The entire house and garden is available to guests. For your comfort, stay cool and embrace the air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas, and gentle breezes from ceiling fans. You will also have the convenience of a utility room, featuring a washing machine and internal/external washing lines. Guest also has access to communal swimming pool. Rest easy knowing that you're in the exclusive confines of the Ocho Rios Country Club, a gated community with 24-hour security. Parking is available directly outside the property, providing peace of mind and hassle-free access to your home away from home. Guest access The entire house and garden is available to guests. Other things to note Report to security at the front gate to gain access to the development. Drive straight ahead front the entrance and Oricha Villa is the 7th house on left-hand side of this road. Access to Oricha Villa is gained using keys stored in a lockbox situated near the front door of the property. . You will therefore need to check your messages on the Airbnb/guest app (or contact your hostess) to be given your unique access code. Input your access code into the key safe near the front door, to open the safe and retrieve a door key for the property. You should now be all set to enter. Other things to note Please note there is a communal swimming pool on site, not in the garden (on leaving the property turn left, up the stairs and to your right. Pet Policy: Oricha Villa has a no-pets policy. Rubbish & Recycling: Rubbish bins are located in the bathrooms and kitchen area. Additional rubbish bags for these bins are stored in the bottom kitchen drawer. If you need to remove household rubbish during your stay, please make sure the trash bag is securely closed. It can be left /stored at the back of the property for collection by the hostess. Guest may incur an additional charge for excessive use of utilities. Please note Oricha Villa does not accept liability for accidents/injury within Ocho Rios Country Club so please ensure you have adequate cover.
