House with pool and lagoon, Veracruz

I accept families, couples and/or people traveling for work: Quiet private, the house is exclusively for family accommodation (no parties, no excessive noise, no inappropriate behavior). The house is furnished with a shared pool. Inside the subdivision there is an artificial lagoon of 3 hectares where you can do water sports, kayak, sailing, pedal boats. Playground, jogging track, etc. The space 2-story house: Ground floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, half bathroom, laundry area, and a bedroom. Upper floor: master bedroom with dressing room, full bathroom and double bed, second bedroom with bunk bed comprising double bed and single bed at the top and extra single mattress at the bottom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and another full bathroom. NOTE: Ground floor does not have air conditioning, only ceiling and pedestal fans. Guest access Hot water, WiFi, stove for cooking, microwave, refrigerator, pool shared with other houses and ONE ACCESS free of charge for up to 5 people to the artificial lagoon. Extra access to the lagoon will incur an additional cost. Other things to note On Mondays, they do general maintenance on the lagoon and pool. The pool inside the cluster is treated with chemicals in the morning and can be used a little before noon (depending on the use it had over the weekend, it could be serviced without notice). The use of the palapa inside the cluster is limited depending on whether it has been set aside for a neighbor event and which has a minimum recovery cost. There is no discrimination based on sex, color, or religion, but the house rules and the rules of the common areas are requested to be complied with as they are established in the palapa area.
