Other things to note Landscaping: - Landscapers come every other Friday. - They will let themselves in through the side gate. Pool Service: - The Pool Service Technician comes EVERY WEEK, generally on Tuesdays. - They will let themselves in through the side gate. -Please note there is no diving board. - The pool can be heated upon request for $100 per day. Hosts must be notified if you want the pool heated at least 48 hours prior to your check in. Thermostat: - Adjustable temperature control is available for your stay. The AC works great, ensuring your comfort. There are two thermostats in the home. One near the front entryway and one near the master bedroom. Security: - We have three active cameras on the front exterior of our home. A Ring Doorbell at the front door overlooks the front of the home, a ring spotlight camera overlooking the front courtyard facing the street, and a Ring Spotlight Camera is located in front, overlooking the driveway. This is a safe neighborhood. The courtyard fountain is not turned on during the summer time. Supplies: - We'll provide everything you need to get started with essentials like toilet paper, laundry detergent, propane, and cleaning supplies. Guests on longer stays are responsible for purchasing additional items, if needed. Cleaning: - We can arrange for mid-stay cleaning of the home for an additional fee. Our housekeeping team is excellent, ensuring the home is thoroughly sanitized and thoughtfully cleaned between stays.
