large double room, quiet location, close to Munich

Our house is situated in a quiet residential area, between the S-Bahn lines S3/S4. The bus stop is less than a 5-minute walk. In about 20 minutes you are in Munich by S-Bahn. There is a private bathroom (shower/toilet) available. We are a family of five and also live in the house. Our children are 17, 15 and 14 years old. The space The double bed is 180 x 200 cm. The room is located on the 1st floor. On the first floor is the kitchen/dining area and the bathroom/toilet. The balcony can be used. Guest access Our kitchen is of course open for shared use. During your stay Since we also live in the house, we are very happy to be contacted in person or by phone. If you have any questions in advance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Other things to note Plenty of free parking is very close by.
