Our beautiful family home is in Seltjarnarnes. It's in a nice and quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of Grótta lighthouse and very close to downtown Reykjavík. The property is a 200 m2 townhouse with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, south facing balcony, and a good south-facing yard. Our home is perfect for families as we have 4 children ourselves, so the house is child-friendly, with kids' beds, toys, dining chairs, and sippy cups. The space The house is on two floors. Upstairs we have the kitchen and living room area, two kids' bedrooms, a master bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Downstairs we have the lobby, bathroom with shower, one bedroom, and another room with TV, workstation, access into the yard, and a sofa bed. The kitchen was renovated in 2017 and is fully equipped with everything needed to cook or bake at home. The living room has a big and cozy sofa, a 55" TV, and a living room table with 8 chairs (one triptrap children's chair if needed). The large room downstairs has another 32" TV and a sofabed that two people can sleep in. That room also has a complete workstation with a height-adjustable desk, double screen setup, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and a good chair.
