Postponement may be possible and is solely based on the discretion of management. Conditions of Postponement: The same villa must be rented. The rental period can be increased but not reduced. ex. If one books for 3 nights, the new booking should be 3 nights or more. No refund - the rental fee cannot be refunded. Specials: If you booked a special and have decided to postpone your booking outside of the month the special is being offered, the special no longer applies. The rental period can be increased but not reduced. Postponement is only allowed once without penalty. The booking must be fulfilled for the re-booked dates, if not by the guest, by the guest's chosen replacement. It is the guest's responsibility to honor the re-booked dates or find someone who can. If the guest is unable to do so, a postponement penalty charge will be due. The postponement penalty charge is equal to one night less than the number of nights booked. An example is shown below: Postponement charges | 2 night stay - The charge will be one night stay 3 night stay - The charge will be two nights stay The postponement penalty charge will not apply only if the guest announces postponement of the dates 30 days or more before the re-booked dates.
