Charming three-bedroom house located in the picturesque village of Restábal, in the magnificent surroundings of the Lecrín Valley. A valley of citrus trees, with a river, swamps, mountains, ravines, and charming villages! The beaches of Motril, Salobreña, and Almuñécar are 30 km away, and downtown Granada is 31 km away. The area is also called the Lower Alpujarra, and the Upper Alpujarra (Lanjaron, Orgiva, etc.) is very close. A village surrounded by nature and tranquility, a perfect place to rest and relax. The space The first floor of the house has a living room with a kitchenette, a small toilet, and a room for meetings or a dining room. We have a small patio where the washing machine is located.
