We find the unbeatable beach proximity & ocean views well worth it but keep this in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Stairs required to reach living/kitchen area. We’re very close to the beach; therefore, we’re close to Pacific Coast Highway & it’s accompanied soundtrack. We happily choose proximity to the ocean even when we hear traffic ;)
