Lambside House, sleeps 11 + 2 with hot tub

A Georgian ‘gentleman’s residence’, this beautiful house has recently been refurbished in a way that retains every bit of style and grandeur whilst leaving no doubt about its friendly atmosphere – this house loves people! Lambside House, offers plenty of space with its 5 bedrooms, sleeping 11. There are 3 bathrooms, 3 reception rooms and a brand new, luxurious kitchen-dining room. Outside is a large garden with wood-fired hot tub, fire-pit, paddock and plenty of parking. The space Through the columns of the entrance, a wide hall with flagstone floor has an elegant living room on either side, both accessed through large double doors which can be opened to create a stylish expanse. The brand new large kitchen-dining room is the perfect place to gather, especially around the kitchen island. It is fully equipped with every conceivable amenity including a quooker tap, and boasts an Aga to complete the picture along with an electric oven and hob. Also on the ground floor is a sunny playroom with games and toys including table football, and a daybed with a pull out bed underneath. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, sink and downstairs toilet. This room is perfect for drying out wet children and body boards after a day on the local beach! Upstairs there are five bedrooms: one king-sized bedroom with large en-suite bathroom (with his and hers sinks!); another super-king bedroom with en-suite bathroom, super-king (can be made up as a twin if requested at time of booking), twin bedroom and another bedroom sleeping 3 in a single bed and full size bunk beds. We can also put a folding Z bed into one of the rooms if you require. There is also a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. The house sleeps 11 and, with the daybeds and pull-outs, will sleep 14 comfortably. Outside, the main feature being the wood-fired hot tub (logs supplied), a large lawn to the front of the house with garden furniture, fire-pit for those evenings spent under the stars and a wooden wendy house. There is a small paddock – ideal for ball games, and out the back of the house is an outside toilet, log shed, bin store and a small herb garden. This is all just minutes from the coastal path and beyond. Dogs are allowed, at an extra charge. Guest access The whole house and garden is available for your use.
