Vacation at this 1948 charming vintage Cayucos beach house, single level two bedroom, two bath, + BONUS room. First bedroom has a queen bed and gas fireplace, second room has a queen bed and gas fireplace, living room has two futons. Bonus room is detached from the house and has built-in king-size captain's bed and gas fireplace, the TV in the bonus room does not have access to cable. DVD player only. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO bathroom in the bonus room. Private stairs to the beach! ( 1 queen futon, and 1 full futon) Each rental is stocked with basic start-up products; i.e., toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing liquid, and hand soap. Please be sure to bring your own personal toiletry items, as single-use plastic toiletry bottles are not provided. Pets are not allowed unless your home is stated to be pet friendly and the applicable fees have been paid. Smoking is NOT permitted - Vapes, Oil lamps, candles, and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a charge for excessive cleaning.
