Bright and stylish family home in the hub of cool/creative Southeast London close to transport links. 2 double bedrooms (one with supering bed and ensuite) and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed. 3 bathrooms in total. Large and bright kitchen with adjoining dining room. Cosy bright basement lounge with separate utility room. Lovely little garden to relax in. We have two young children, and so can provide a toys games and books. Travel cot, buggy and high chair on request. The space Our home faces onto the gorgeous Peckham Rye park – so great for morning walks or picnics. The house is arranged over four floors, something to keep in mind should any of your group have difficulty with stairs. Please note there are three flights of stairs and we no longer have stair gates in place. So young children will need to be monitored on the stairs. A large bright kitchen with dinning room is based on the ground floor. Stairs from here lead into the basement where you will find a cosy and bright basement lounge, a WC and shower room and separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and detergent. There is access to a lovely little garden from the ground floor. On the first floor Bedroom 1 is chicly designed with midnight blue interior, a comfortable kingsized bed and ensuite. There is a hanging rail for clothes. Upstairs in the attic is Bedroom 2 which has a sloping ceiling and cosy feel. It can be left as a single bed with bed guard (to stop little ones from rolling out) with toys. Alternatively we can arrange this as a double bedroom and remove the toys. Bedroom 2 has a double wardrobe that you will have the full use of. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed. Our daughters toys and clothes will be condensed into one cupboard, so you will have one empty cupboard for your things. There is a bathroom with bathtub and electric shower on the attic floor. All bed linen and towels are provided for your stay, as well as a hairdryer. If the dates you are looking for aren't open, or if you'd like to arrive earlier or stay longer, please do send a message.
