FINISHED GARAGE GAME ROOM COMING MID-SUMMER 2026! Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, with the exception of the detached boat garage and the owners’ boats/PWC. RENT or BRING your boat and conveniently leave it in the water along our seawall or in our private boat slip for the duration of your stay! Other things to note Non-motorized water toys, including 2 kayaks and a standup paddleboard, are available for guests. Yard games also available. We strictly adhere to these policies: - Booking party must be at least 30 years old. - Booking party must present valid government I.D to book AND be present at check-in with same I.D. for confirmation. - Number, first names, and ages of all guests planning to stay MUST be provided when requesting reservation. We cannot confirm your booking without this information. State and county require we register all guests. - Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay on property and we reserve the right to ask them to leave at any time. - Parking restricted to no more than 6 vehicles (combination of cars and boats/PWC). All vehicles must be parked in the driveway overnight.
