Plenty of room to BRING your boat, or RENT one, then cruise, or even paddle on over to the sand bar for swimming and fun! Looking for a winter getaway? Ice fish, snowmobile, or Wilmot Mountain, Lake Geneva, and Alpine are all a short drive away to ski, snowboard, tube, or spa! The space Escape the hustle and retreat to our spacious 2800 sq. ft. home with WiFi, smart TV’s in almost every room, a well-equipped kitchen and open layout great for gatherings. Our friendly but quiet neighborhood provides peaceful and relaxing surroundings. We cater to guests looking to get away and seeking lake life with all the comforts of home. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, with the exception of the detached boat garage and the owners’ boats/PWC. RENT or BRING your boat and conveniently leave it in the water along our seawall or in our private boat slip for the duration of your stay! Other things to note Non-motorized water toys, to include 2 kayaks and a standup paddleboard, are available for guests. Yard games are also available. We strictly adhere to these policies: - Booking party must be at least 30 years old. - Booking party must present valid government I.D to book AND be present at check-in with same I.D. for confirmation. - Number, first names, and ages of all guests planning to stay must be provided when requesting reservation. We cannot confirm your booking without this information. State of WI requires we register all guests. - Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay on property and owners reserve the right to ask them to leave at any time. - Parking restricted to no more than 6 vehicles (combination of cars and boats/PWC), which must be parked in the driveway overnight.
