Vista Estrellas is a two-storey, fully equipped townhouse, located atop a hill in a safe residential area in the heart of West End. Only a three-minute walk to a beautiful secluded beach and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, convenience stores, dive shops, souvenir stores and everything West End has to offer. The space Vista Estrellas has a large, open plan living/dining/kitchen area, as well as a spacious deck with great treetop and distant ocean views, ideal for relaxing in a hammock, enjoying a cold drink and watching hummingbirds feed. Both bedrooms have AC units, en-suite bathrooms, large closets and comfortable beds. They also each have a small balcony, where to hang wetsuits, rashguards, beach towels, etc. after a day of diving/snorkeling/enjoying the beach. Colourful Island artwork gives the space a fun, unique feel. Ceramic tile on the ground floor helps keep rooms cool and warm soft wooden floors on the living space (upper level) contribute to the home feeling of the space. Good, reliable Wi Fi (fiber optic) is available throughout the house and the living space has a smart TV where you can use your personal Netflix account. Cable TV is also available both in the living space and the Master Bedroom. Vista Estrellas is also equipped with a battery back-up system to ensure power at all times, even during the not-infrequent power outages. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself, as well as access to free parking across the street. Your rental also includes access to the laundry room, located directly under the house. Other things to note Short term bookings (less than 28 days): The rental fee includes up to $10 per booked night of electricity consumption. A cash deposit equal to $10 per booked night will be collected at check-in to cover any additional usage. Your consumption will be measured by taking meter readings at check-in and check-out and charged at the local rate of $0.40 Kw/h. Any positive balance will be refunded in cash at check-out. Long term bookings (28 days or longer): Your rental fee includes the first $100 of electric consumption and one mid-term cleaning service, including washing and changing bed linen and towels (this is mandatory). Your cash deposit for electricity to be collected at check-in will be $100 per booked month.
