Welcome to our place in Bayswater - one of the older suburbs in Perth, with tree-lined streets and character homes just 15 minutes to the Perth CBD. It's a great location to explore, being just 20 minutes to the beach, or the Swan Valley wineries, or Perth Hills trails and art galleries. Golf clubs available on request. Come and enjoy! The space The suite is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a large lounge, two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a small kitchenette, and a dining area. The kitchenette has a microwave, hotplate, air fryer and an electric pan with steamer. You'll have sole use of the porch outside (although, being at the front of the house you may see us come and go!) The train station and local shopping precinct is a pleasant five-minute walk. You'll find cafés, a wine bar and other shops including an IGA. The train into Perth is 10 minutes or to the airport is 7 minutes. Guest access Guest access is through the front door (on the left) directly into the suite. You will not need to share any space although, being at the front of the house, you may see us as we come and go through the garden. Other things to note The number of guests includes adults and children over 2 years of age, There is no charge for infants less than 2 years old. If you are only 2 guests - but wish to use both bedrooms there is an additional fee of $25.00 for the extra linen and cleaning required. Although the suite you will be staying in is totally independent, it is attached to the main house where we live. NO SMOKING INSIDE.
