Quiet Single room

You’ll love our place because of it's easy proximity to the city centre and the bustling Leith community is on our doorstep full of great bars and restaurants. Several grocery stores nearby for those looking to cut down on eating out costs and local convenience store less than 1 minute away. Good transport links to all areas of city and guests report the bed is very comfortable and they get a good nights sleep! The space The location/map part of profile shows a photo of the flats opposite ours that I can’t change - I’ve included a photo of the actual front of the building to avoid confusion! Guest access You will have exclusive use of bedroom and share other living areas with myself, my partner Aston and our cat Mani. During your stay I work full time however can check my phone regularly whilst at work to respond to any queries by text/email. When I am around in person happy to answer any questions/give tips re where to go, how to get there etc. Other things to note I share my house with my partner Aston and our cat Mani so you must be ok with cats if you want to stay at my place. Please provide an estimated arrival time when booking so I can try to accommodate it and make sure someone is able to greet you; due to work commitments we may need to negotiate a time. If you need an exact time please contact me before booking to ensure I can accommodate it.
