The space Our villa has 1 bedroom with 1 king sized bed. It is perfect for a small family or couple traveling together. Motorbikes parking available in the villa, however there is NO designated parking for CARS. This is NOT a private villa - You will not get a private villa for this price in the center of Seminyak. :) There are only 2 villas in the property therefore it offers a semi-private experience for a low price. SHARED AREA: swimming pool and parking space PRIVATE AREA: entrance to your villa, living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Facilities in the villa: - Accommodation for 2 +1 guests - The third guests will be sleeping on a floor mattress inside the room for a small additional of 100K daily - 1 private bedroom with king size bed - 1 private bathroom with bathtub - Bath amenities: shampoo, shower gel, towel, hair dryer - Free Wi-Fi up to 100 mbps - Smart TV at living room - Well-equipped kitchen - Drinking water - Swimming pool (shared) - Parking space for motorbike - We provide floating breakfast at additional cost. If both villas are booked at the same time, you will have total privacy of the entire property for 5 guests including the entrance, parking area and swimming pool. Please refer to the floor plan in the additional photos section. Guest access Shared area: Main entrance, parking space and swimming pool. Private area: Living room, bedroom, toilet and kitchen. Since the main entrance is shared, please do not be alarmed if the guests from the other villa or our staff enters/ exits from here. We will notify you if the other villa has scheduled check-ins at late night. Our pool maintenance team will be in the villa 2 times weekly to make sure the pool is clean at times. He will access only the outdoor area. During your stay I am staying not too far from the property, please feel free to text me if you need anything or something runs out in the villa. Thank you :) Other things to note 1. Insects: Being in tropical environment means that sometimes nature finds its way to you. This is usually fireflies at nighttime and butterflies in the daytime. There are bugs, insects, geckos, mosquitoes, frogs & dogs that make an appearance too. The geckos are harmless, but they do have distinctive sounds. Laron (flying insects) are there at times throughout Indonesia in the wet season and are attracted to lights. We do our best to mitigate them entering the property but we advise to keep the doors closed if they are present. 2. Our staff: pool attendant will visit 2 times a week to ensure the villa remains in impeccable condition 3. Cleaning is available for guests staying min of 4 nights. We will change the towels during cleaning and sheets will be change for guests staying min of one week. 4. Please note there will be neighbors dogs roaming in the area at times. They are not aggressive, but they might bark at strangers like any dogs would. Normally it only happens during the first encounter. This is a cultural things in Bali, because Balinese prefer to let their pets roam freely. If you are allergies to dog or have issues with it, please understand this situation before you book. However we do provide a box of sausage in the fridge for the dogs, if they are barking on you, just feed them once or twice and they will be friendly :) 5. No smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the villa (including living area, kitchen and bathroom). Please smoke outdoor and we do provide an ashtray at the terrace.
