Enjoy over 14 acres of private walking trails, a wandering creek, and a large yard to relax or play with your furry friends. Without a neighbor in sight, you’re still only 1 mile from restaurants, and less than 10 minutes to the park entrance. The space The Lookout is 14 acres of private forested sanctuary from the outside world. Surrounded by a generous lawn, gardens, and a stone fire pit, the private trails lead you through mature forest in the foothills of Lookout Mtn. The house is warm and welcoming with 2 beds, 2 baths, balconies, a porch, and plenty of musical instruments if you feel inspired! Guest access While certain structures are unavailable for use, the house and property are for your use only. The basement is also off limits but will open for guest use soon! Other things to note This property is located on the border of the North Cascades National Park. You will encounter wildlife. We do our best to live and let live with our flora and fauna.
