Studio apartment in the heart of Aarhus!
Description
This special, well-used studio apartment is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit! In the middle of the city by cafes, close to shops, the beach and public transport. The apartment has everything you need and is full of Danish “hygge”. The space It is not allowed to smoke or have parties in the apartment. It is a 1-bedroom apartment - so there is not a separated bedroom. There is a double bed (140x200) in which 2 people can sleep - as well as a sofa where a bed can be made for a 3rd person :-) The MOST optimal would be that there are only two, but if there are three people who want the stay to be cheap, without compromising on quality and location, then this is certainly also possible! (NOTE: if the apartment is rented by more than two people, you must bring your own duvet, pillow and covers for a third bed. There will be sheets and towels for all three) EVERYTHING is close to: - Shops (2 minutes) - Shopping (2 minutes) - Cafes and restaurants (1 minute) - ARoS (5 mins) - The train station (10 minutes) Guest access Feel free to use the entire home - except for the wardrobe, shoe cabinet and bathroom cabinets :-) There is NO cabinet space available. Other things to note Take the elevator all the way up to the top - on the roof terrace - and enjoy the panoramic view over the whole city!! The most beautiful view. Take your food up there and sit down and eat your food - and enjoy the (hopefully) good weather! There will be a little bit of noise at night on weekends and holidays, due to the central location. In addition, the apartment can be a little hot in the summer - but here is a floor fan available. In addition, the terrace doors can be opened - which I usually have in the summer :-) .. here the noise will of course be louder from the passers-by at night It is my private home, which is why the home also appears “inhabitable” with private belongings 😊
