Enjoy cooking in a full size kitchen complete with all stainless steel utensils, gadgets & cast iron cookware. Pack lighter and utilize our full size washer & dryer. Sleep tight in this lux queen size bed with an abundance of pillows; ceiling fans to keep cool, and strong A/C & heat for maximum comfort. Complete your stay by relaxing on the full length front porch or the completely screened in back porch. The space This small cottage shares property with our main house. Our children actively play in our yard (near the main house). Toys, and other such things are in our yard from our children, because we live in the main house. The cottage porches and front yard/ driveway are free of these things, however our yard, which we use and play in, is visible from the cottage porch. Our main house yard is not manicured or intended to be utilized (or scrutinized) by our cottage guests. Please respect and understand we are a real family living our real lives next door. This is not a resort or a corporate run rental facility; just an ordinary family making a cozy home. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire small cottage, its large completely covered and mesh enclosed back porch, the covered cottage front porch and steps, as well as the driveway and small yard area near the tree directly in front of the cottage. Street side in front of the cottage is also available for parking/access if it does not impede traffic flow. Guests are not granted access to any part of the yards or houses/porches or driveways on either side of the cottage. Other things to note The cottage space can accommodate: 2 adults in the queen bed 1 infant in the foldout crib (see pics) 1 small child on the loveseat 1 individual on the twin air mattress During one visit, however this would be very tight arrangements in the 499sq ft space. Please book according to these sleeping arrangements.
