Picturesque 70's garden cottage

A 70's style cottage immersed in nature, perfect for garden lovers. 2025 will be a year of Jubilee, if you wish to walk the processional way of Sacro Monte, a direct bus (C) stops a few metres from our house. We are conveniently located about 4 kilometres outside Varese town centre. A great place to relax in nature, and work remotely with reliable wifi throughout the property (tested by my daughter who works online in design). Free parking in front of the property, on a quiet street. The space A two-stories, detached house, surrounded by a large, private garden. Varese is the closest town, only 4 kilometres away. Guest access Guests can access an open space, divided into two spacious double bedrooms separated by wooden walls. The open space has one compact, yet fully equipped bathroom dedicated to the guests (not shared with the host). The open space is equipped with a kettle, guests are welcome to store food in the fridge, use the microwave and toaster in the main kitchen, I can provide all necessary cutlery/plates. For now the access to the full kitchen is limited, but this might change in the future. The space includes a desk, and a table from which guests can work. We have stable/strong wifi connection throughout the property. Guests are always welcome everywhere in the garden. This is a must! I love gardening, and if you have extra time, I am always happy to give you a tour and talk about plants, flowers, gardening methods and anything garden-related. The garden includes various outdoor eating areas, and a spacious veranda perfect to relax or work while listening to the sound of birds. During your stay I live in the same house, use the kitchen, living room, and garden. Despite sharing the property, I try to give as much privacy as guests want during their stay. I will meet the guests in person to check-in, check-out (if needed) answer questions, and provide as much help as I can to make your stay enjoyable. Other things to note We are vegetarian/pescatarian, and prefer that no/limited meat is consumed or cooked in the house. For health reasons, I prefer to keep electronic devices to a minimum during the night, and usually switch the wifi off between 12pm and 6am. If you need it on, please let me know, I am completely flexible and happy to accomodate your needs. * Please note there is an additional Varese city tax of 1€ per person, per night for the first 7 nights which is not included in the Airbnb price (minors are exempt).
