Cozy apartment in a quiet but central location and a stone's throw from Djäkneberget. The space It is a large room that is both a bedroom and a living room, but there is plenty of space with a large hall. With a cozy bathtub, a comfortable sofa that can be made for 2 people and in the large bed, both mom and dad and a small one have a place. It is located on the first floor, just a few steps up, so passers-by cannot see in. Separate large kitchen with 4 seats. Somewhat older stove and fridge with freezer compartment but fully functional. It is possible to book a time to wash in the laundry room. If you want to do laundry, we can book a time in the laundry room for you. If you have a lot to do, we have the opportunity to wash for you for a fee. In the large hall, there is plenty of room for bags. We have just started renting out, so all tips and requests are gratefully received and we do everything we can to fulfill them. The apartment is a little older but charming, we are careful with cleaning and want our guests to enjoy themselves and think it is fresh. The large bed, 140 cm wide, is always freshly made and clean bed linen is in the linen box if you want to make up the sofa bed. There is a modern Samsung TV, video games can be provided on request. There is a Chromecast so you can stream. In the kitchen, there is a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and everything you need to cook. There is a pantry and everything that is there is for you to use, you may leave spices and the like for (noweist) for the environment and recycling. Garbage is thrown in the garbage house in the yard, the same as the house key. The same key to go down to the basement and there you can book time to wash (free) if there is free time, we will be happy to book a time for you if you let us know when. Guest access In addition to a locked closet where we store extra cleaning and kitchen utensils and such, you can use all the spaces. Other things to note Ida will always meet you on arrival and show you around. If you are very unsure of when you will arrive, we can put the key in a key box that hangs on the door, in which case you will receive a code to open it. The gate to the house is open until 6 pm every day, after 6 pm a key is needed. If you want something prepared with food and drinks, we can arrange it for a service fee and cost price. Everything from breakfast packages to 3-course meals with good drinks. Since I work as a bartender in town, I promise the food is of a very high standard. Cleaning is included, but feel free to put dirty laundry in the laundry basket. If you stay a long time and need more changes in bed, just tell us and we'll come and leave more. Towels are clean. Smoking is prohibited inside, we have some sensitive neighbors who otherwise complain immediately, but you can sit on the sofa just outside the back door towards the yard and smoke and there is a large ashtray. It's okay if you invite some friends over for fun, but unfortunately after 10 pm it has to be quiet It is a bit sensitive so therefore one wall is covered with thick curtains so it is not only nice but has an insulating function.
