Welcome to a big (and by New York standards, I mean massive!) beautiful apartment in Manhattan, just a 30-40 minute subway ride to almost anywhere in the city! It's the 4th floor of an elevator building, has brick wall accents, and great, direct (afternoon) and indirect (most of the rest of the day) sunlight. The space The space is large and renovated, with new appliances and furnishings that give it a comfortable, modern feel. Guest access You'll have access to my bedroom, the bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, and living area. There is a spare bedroom that will not be accessible. Other things to note Filtered water available at the sink (run cold water only please), and laundry in the basement.
