This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. You can enjoy the entire house as well as its large plot of land + 2800 m² fenced and bordering a stream. In a quiet and wooded area located 5 minutes from the Ardèche river. For children, you will find swings, bicycles and scooters, a slide in the shade of a tree and for older children also a pétanque court. All you have to do is enjoy your stay in our beautiful region. The space Our accommodation has just been fully renovated to welcome vacationers in a comfortable place characterized by the tranquility of the setting. Its renovation has created more harmonious interior spaces. You thus enter a main living area, including a living room with a large sofa and a smart TV, a dining room that can seat up to 10 people at the table, and the kitchen. Very well equipped with a wall-mounted dishwasher, a column oven/microwave oven, Tassimo and filter coffee maker, kettle, etc. It opens onto the living room, which creates a friendly atmosphere. It also has a central island that houses the cooking area as well as a breakfast area, which allows for moments of sharing and conviviality at any time of day. This room gives access to a large bathroom with a 160 x 90 cm shower with a bench, a double sink unit, a towel dryer, a large closet for all cleaning products, and a washing machine. The hallway leads to the 4 bedrooms and the WC, which are mostly characterized by natural colors. We chose wood flooring with a wood grain pattern, which creates a cozy atmosphere. 1 bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) 2 bedrooms with 140*190 cm beds 1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90*190 All rooms have an unobstructed view of the outside and the surrounding countryside. The service fee includes the logistics of bed linens. All you have to do is bring your towels. Guests can take advantage of the shaded terrace in the afternoon as well as all its amenities and other outdoor accessories: - 3 garden tables with chairs - garden furniture - lounge chairs - umbrellas - hammock to be set up in the shade of the oaks - as well as petanque balls for adults and children And for your leisure time after your day of walking, we have created a games room with foosball, a pool table and a sofa. You will also have access to a locked shed with various children's bikes provided (our children's old bikes) that are free to use, or where you can safely store your own bikes or other travel accessories. Guest access The village of Laval Saint-Roman is located in the heart of nature, between the Ardèche Gorges and the Cèze Gorges. It is a quiet and relaxing place with direct access to hiking, bike and mountain bike rides, canoeing and kayaking as well as swimming, tree climbing and for warmer days a wide choice of caves such as the Aven d'Orgnac, Marzal, the Salamander (with its airship flight) and the most famous the Chauvet Cave and its prehistoric paintings, within a radius of 15 km. You are close to Vallon Pont d'Arc and St Martin d'Ardèche, the start and finish of the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche You are also close to the Rhone Valley with Pierrelatte and its Crocodile farm 25 min, the Château de Grignan 40 min, Avignon and its Cité des Papes as well as the Pont du Gard within 1 hour's drive. Other things to note During your stay, bed linens will be provided for the number of people who booked; all you have to do is bring your own towels. If you need accessories for your baby(ies), the accommodation is equipped with a travel crib with a new mattress (Dunlopilos 60*120), 2 high chairs for each unit, as well as a baby bathtub and a changing table, provided free of charge. To make your trip easier and avoid overloading your vehicle, we can provide you with a Deuter folding stroller and/or a Deuter hiking baby carrier (highly comfortable for your baby and the carrier), available for rent at €10 each per stay. To arrange this service, please remember to request it in advance. However, we will not be able to provide bedding for the portacots. Regarding your checkout, you must leave the accommodation in the same clean condition in which you found it. The kitchen must be tidy (dishes/dishwasher done and put away), and we will ask you to strip the beds. Everything you need for the proper cleaning before your departure is provided: vacuum cleaner, brooms, mop, as well as all the cleaning products you will need. For your stay, you are provided with everything you need to get off to a good start, such as coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets, oil, salt, pepper and other cooking products, as well as a black garbage bag. Please remember to bring everything you need for the rest of your stay. Regarding your pet, for the peace of mind of other guests and the gardener, we will ask you before your departure to walk around the property and pick up its personal waste. A shovel is available in the shed for this purpose.
