Just outside the bathroom, opposite the addition WC, is the cupboard containing the condenser boiler which heats the apartment’s radiators and hot water, along with a washing machine / dryer, a vacuum cleaner, and iron and ironing board, (easily to set up on the brown stone worktop on the landing). Downstairs, there is, on first entering the apartment, to your left, a large double kitchen / dining room which also serves as an additional TV room / family room given the “lounge-y” nature of the dining cum breakfast table. In the kitchen, a Neff induction hob stove, a Samsung two temperature zone oven, a Microwave, Freezer, a Double drawer under counter fridge, and also an additional under counter fridge (overflow capacity / drinks), along with a condenser clothes dryer (which is. much more efficent and quicker than the dry function on the washer / dryer in the cupboard upstairs).
