Stylish Studio inside IT Park, comfy bed & big TV

Its beautifully finished, well designed and comfortable space. Fantastic location and just a really nice place to relax. Its ideal for those working inside IT park or even if you are just visiting the area. The space Comes with Queen Size bed 48" TV with Netflix and high speed internet. The kitchen area is perfect for cooking some simple foods, has a fridge to keep your stuff cool. But there is lots of restaurants around the area. All within walking distance. Guest access You have access to everything apart from a couple of cupboards which are locked with some of my personal belongings inside. Other things to note We are a medium to long term only rental unit.. we don’t accept daily rental. Minimum stay is 3 weeks
