Elegant Studio Apartment with big private balcony.

This apartment is great for business traveller and couples alike. The view from here is simply amazing. The large windows look at the Himalayas and brings in tons of light and fresh air. The large balcony is facing north with an amazing view of the Himalayan range. Our home is also very strong and not affected at all by the recent earthquake. The space Every part of the apartment is beautifully decorated using high-quality traditional Nepali artifects and comfortable modern beds. There is one large private balcony where you can enjoy meals and look out across the Himalayan mountain range. The main room is very spacious, with queen size beds. It has a walk in wardrobe with plenty of storage units so you unpack and make it your own home. This room doubles as a study and a kitchenette, with a curtain separating the rooms at night. The bedroom has a private bathroom with toilet, bath, shower and sink. Towels, soaps and toilet paper will be provided. The kitchen has loads of space with a dining area for 2 people and storage of goods that you can buy at the markets. We are happy to point you in the right direction if you want some tips on shopping locally! There is an powerful inverter (power back up) in case of a black out. We also have very fast internet connection in the house. The house in a safe neighbourhood and and out building was affected by the earthquake in 2015. Guest access You will be able to use all parts of the apartments including the large private balcony. There are no limitations with concern to the apartment, and no shared areas other than the staircase to the apartment which is on the second floor. Other things to note We are located only 5mins walk from the bus stop with excellent public transport across Kathmandu valley. The house also has an electric car/bike charger if you wish to rent and charge such vehicles whilst in Kathmandu.
