Open Floor Plan, Close to Stadium

Our 3 bedroom/1.5 bath ranch home 1.3 miles to Beaver Stadium and half a mile to downtown is great for families. Our open floor plan and ample outdoor space allows for families to cook, eat, and relax together. We are also in walking distance to the stadium, or hop on a shuttle bus to the game--the bus stop is 250 feet away. This is a great space for our family and hopefully yours! The space The main floor of our ranch home has a full bathroom and three bedrooms: a king bed master suite with a half bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with a twin sized bed and available space for a queen-sized air mattress. A finished downstairs hosts a den room with a very comfortable full futon, and an additional couch that pulls out to a king bed. The den also has a television, with a DVD player and access to ROKU. There is space for a child's play area and we can leave out toys (e.g., Legos) upon request. Downstairs also has a foosball table and some exercise equipment. Please let us know if you want us to set up exercise equipment for you (elliptical machine, standing bike, walking-treadmill). Our living room opens up to a dining room with a large farm table that can easily seat 6, and be extended to 8, and the kitchen. We have a dish washer, a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and other appliances, along with a full range of spices and seasoning. Our living room has a record player with a range of records, and a piano for your use. We have great outdoor spaces too: a screened in porch , and big backyard with a propane grill, 8 chairs, and a small fire pit. We have a one-car garage and driveway that together can fit three small cars. We have central air/gas heat, washer, dryer. We are located in a neighborhood close to Beaver Stadium, but quiet enough for a sense of peace. We are near running trails. You can easily walk to Beaver Stadium, or take a shuttle that stops 250 meters from our home. Guest access Guests can access the entire space. Other things to note This is a family-friendly neighborhood--we do not allow parties and request renters keep noise to a minimum. We do not have cable or local television channels. When possible, we can be flexible about check in time, but need to confirm on a case-by-case basis.
