A bright & modern flat just moments away from the ABBA Arena and Olympic Park, where you can enjoy everything from sporting events to live concerts. Whether you're visiting London for a family vacation or a weekend getaway our flat offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and affordability. With easy access to public transportation, you can easily venture into central London to discover world-class museums, historic landmarks, and vibrant neighbourhoods waiting to be explored. Second, kids' bedroom is a great playful area, featuring a sturdy bunk bed and an additional floor mattress and plenty of space for little ones to play. Cozy living room furnished with a sofa that can double as sleeping space for up to two guests. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a versatile office room, perfect for remote work or catching up on emails during your stay. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy a productive work environment while away from home. On request, we can also offer 3 electrified bikes (two foldable and one hybrid bike) in a secure bike storage, perfect for commuting, sightseeing or just enjoying the wider local area. For families with babies and toddlers, we provide a range of accessories to make your stay more comfortable, including a highchair and a travelling cot. If you would like to use bikes, we can also provide a toddler bike seat for the big bike and a Burley Bee double bike trailer (attachable to any of the three bikes), allowing you to explore the city or nearby parks with ease while keeping your little ones safe and secure. For longer stays, there is a cleaning service available on request every Friday (paid additionally). As a resident of our building, you'll have access to a fully equipped gym, perfect for staying active during your stay. Whether you prefer a morning workout or an evening session, you'll find everything you need to maintain your fitness routine. There is also a daytime concierge, who can accept any deliveries when you're not at home. Other things to note There is an ongoing construction work nearby. An apartment block is currently being constructed next door, which may result in some noise during daytime hours, although this never bothered us as the windows are pretty much sound-proof. Unfortunately, there is no parking available on site and even on-street parking can be difficult to find in the area, which is typical to this part of London. However, there are very good transport links, allowing to easily access many parts of the capital and beyond. As visible on the pictures, we don't have a TV - instead we have a cinema projector with Google Chromecast TV, allowing you to sign in to your favourite streaming services. It offers cinema-like experience for a movie night, but is not suitable for daytime, casual TV watching due to limited contrast. The sofa bed in the living room is fine for an occasional sleepover, but we don't recommend using it for more than a few days. Last but not least, please respect our neighbours and avoid playing excessively loud music, especially during the night.
