Balham has many great local bars, restaurants and coffee shops as well as being located close to Tooting Common. The space Whilst the bedroom is quite compact, the maisonette is spacious. There is also a piano available in the lounge, which is regularly tuned. The property is situated in a cul-de-sac close to the railway line linking Balham station to Central London. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole maisonette, including the rear garden.
