The Sunday School Garden Cottage

The first thing you hear is the birds as the morning light streams through your windows or the block-out curtains allow you to rest as the day drifts by. Overlooking the pool and private yard surrounded by trees, it's hard to believe that Coles, Aldi, Woolworths, the train station, pubs & clubs are less than 2 km's away Our mild winters, exceptional beaches, National parks, & unique community are within reach daily! Visit for a day and stay a lifetime. Full Kitchen facilities, WiFi, AC Fridge. The space The cottage is located in the backyard creating a safe private escape from the busyness of the day. The bedroom has privacy curtains and a super soft bed with sliding door access to the ensuite. There are roller blinds fitted on all of the other windows. The cottage is self-contained with a full kitchen and all the modern facilities. The Sunday School rooms were re-purposed as a Granny flat some years ago. It was the Sunday school room for the old Presbyterian Church, our house, which was built in about 1940. It's a lovely, peaceful environment, the ideal place to raise our six children 😊(the grandkids love it here as well) Although we are not set up for more than two people, we could help with a couple of floor mattresses for kids if needed. There are three steps onto the deck and three steps off the deck into the garden area and pool. There are security/safety lights to guide your way as you transition from the front of our place to our private backyard. Guest access We have a side access path that is well lit leading past our tropical garden and meeting the rear deck with 3 steps. Other things to note We provide tea, coffee, and milk of your choice, oat, almond, soy, rice, or cow's milk. A front-loader washing machine is located in the adjacent laundry accessed via the deck. The pool is available for use pretty much anytime, we ask that you keep the noise levels to a minimum if you are swimming after 10 pm. There is also an electric BBQ available for your use.
