Modern and comfortable studio located on the 3rd and top floor of a recent residence. Very well located, close to the port of Propriano and the beach. It is well furnished: equipped kitchen, sofa bed, quality permanent bed, celio dressing room... and bright. It is facing east. There is a bit of overlooking of the buildings located opposite and next door. Please note there is no terrace. No longer living on Propriano, a concierge on site will welcome you. Cleaning must be done on departure, otherwise you will be asked for 50 euros to do it. (At a minimum: Garbage cans emptied and cleaned, refrigerator emptied and cleaned, toilets cleaned, floor vacuumed and cleaned, bathroom cleaned🧼.) Beach towels (not provided) should not be hung out the window, a clothesline is at your disposal.
