There is no elevator/lift in the building, staircase only. There is a side road and train tracks not far off the property; car and train sounds may be heard in the distance when windows are kept open especially in the morning and evenings. Other things to note I work from home 3 out of 5 days during the week. Paid washing is £5 per wash (no dryer available only a drying rack). Long term stay washing can be negotiated.
