This beautiful villa-tower, nestled in a large wonderful garden overlooking a nice valley from which the view extends to the Apuan Alps. Just a few kilometers from Lerici, from here in a short time you will enjoy nice beaches, enchanting villages and scenic trails and can set off on endless explorations to the Golfo dei Poeti, the Cinque Terre and the villages of Lunigiana. The space In this very special house, you will have the experience of living in an ancient tower, transformed into a cozy villa, immersed in the green hills of Lunigiana and very close to the beautiful sea of the Golfo dei Poeti (Gulf of La Spezia), we are in fact 5 kilometers from Lerici. The house has a beautiful garden that includes a terraced part with a belvedere overlooking the valley of the Magra river with the village of Sarzana and the gentle hills. In the background you will be surprised by the enchanting panorama of the Apuan Alps adorned with the white Carrara marble. Olive trees, a walk under vine trees and a pine forest make the garden a green, relaxing, private and peaceful oasis where you can spend joyful hours. There is also a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a pine forest, where you can cool off and sunbathe. The house is inside an ancient tower, Torre degli Scipioni, clad in stone, it has three floors and two "wings." On the stone facade we are greeted by a wooden doorway that is the main entrance of the villa and a flight of steps leading to a small patio, this patio is the external access to the second floor of the house. On the ground floor there are a large gracious living room with vaulted stone and brick ceiling and a big fireplace, a spacious well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. From the kitchen there is access to a large covered terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and dinners with a wonderful view of the Magra River valley, the Lunensi hills and the Apuan Alps. The house has been furnished with taste and care by the owners who are very fond of this family home, where they always gladly return to spend their vacations. The villa has four double bedrooms and four bathrooms; to access the bedrooms and three of the four bathrooms (one is on the ground floor) there are flights of stairs. The flight of stairs in the left wing of the house is spiral. In the left “wing” of the house you go up a spiral staircase and reach a large double bedroom with a large bathroom, then an entrance hall that gives onto the small patio on the second floor of the house. This covered patio, where one can drink coffee and read a book, is also accessed by the characteristic stone staircase on the facade. From the first floor then, by a flight of spiral stairs you reach a second double bedroom with a bathroom, and from this bedroom by another spiral staircase you reach the upper terrace, where you can admire a beautiful view over the hills and the entire valley. In the right “wing” you access, by a flight of stairs, two spacious comfortable double bedrooms and a bathroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, to the garden and to the swimming pool. Other things to note It is preferable to have a car to get around the area and do grocery shopping.
