So much to do and see, you may never want to leave!🛶 The space Our very unique, rustic two-bedroom tiny home offers a cozy yet functional layout designed for comfort and views: Ground Floor: 🍳 Open Concept: Features an open-concept kitchen and living area, perfect for relaxing. 🚽 Bathroom: A separate bathroom and shower area for your convenience. Second Floor: 🛏️ Master Bedroom: A large, open space surrounded by windows, offering stunning views from the cozy leather King-size bed. Watch the sunrise right from your bed overlooking the marsh! 🔥 Cozy Comforts: Cuddle by the fireplace on cooler evenings. 💻 Dedicated Workspace: A designated area to catch up on a few hours of work if needed. Loft Bedroom - A Kid's Dream Hangout: 🛌 Sleeping: The cozy loft features two single trundle beds, offering sleeping space for up to two kids. 🎉 Fun & Functional: It's a fun and functional hideaway where little adventurers can giggle, play, and unwind. Deck: The second-story wrap-around deck offers hours of enjoyment with a breathtaking 360-degree view of the property. 💖 Comfort & Charm: All rooms are bright, clean, tastefully decorated, and air-conditioned. 🌳 Outdoor Escape (Shared) Our 3-acre property is a shared paradise with the owner and two other vacation rentals, offering an abundance of activities and unique encounters: 🛶 Kayaking & Fishing: Explore Blackbeard Creek in the free kayaks provided, drop a line, or fish for trout right off the shared dock. 🦀 Crabbing & Shrimping: Catch some blue crab and shrimp directly from the yard! 🔥 Campfire Fun: Roast some marshmallows while you sit around a campfire at night. Farm Life: Enjoy our small hobby farm with a menagerie of adorable farm animals: 🐔 Fowl: Free-range chickens, roosters (you'll hear one crowing!), and a beautiful duck pond. 🦙 Alpacas: Say hello to our seven alpacas: Muffin, Maple, Mocha, Wally, Big Mama, Elmo, and Albert. 🐈 Cats: Meet our four friendly cats: Rufus, Charm, Cosmo, and baby Mee-nu. 🐴 Our Star Donkey: Of course, we can’t forget our star resident: Donkey the donkey! 📸 Selfies: Feel free to take selfies with the animals! 🐬 Wildlife Watching: You might be lucky enough to spot dolphins, otters, or manatees swimming in the marsh. Guest access Guests have access to the entire tiny home and a range of shared amenities: ➡️ Check-in: 3:00 PM onwards. ⬅️ Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp. 🔄 Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Available upon request and subject to availability. Please inquire beforehand. 🚪 Entire Home Access: You'll have access to the entire Tiny Home. 🍖 Private BBQ Grill: Your own private BBQ grill is available for outdoor cooking. 🔥 Private Fire Pit: A private fire pit is available for your enjoyment. 🛶 Shared Dock & Kayaks: Access to the shared dock for fishing, crabbing, and using the complimentary kayaks. 🧺 Shared Laundry Room: A shared laundry room is available on the premises for your convenience. 🦙 Animal Visits: You are welcome to visit with the animals on the hobby farm. Please do not enter their enclosures without permission. 🐾 Pet Policy We're happy to welcome certain friendly pets to our property, with a few important guidelines: 🐶 Dogs Only: We welcome dogs, but no cats, please 🚫🐈. 🚫🛋️ No Furniture: Please ensure your furry friends stay off the furniture or beds. A $150 cleaning fee will apply for any excess pet hair found on furniture or beds. 💲 Pet Fee: A per-pet fee applies. 💬 Prior Notification: Please contact us prior to booking with your pet's details to ensure everything is a good fit and for details on pet fees. Other things to note 📋 House Rules We want all our guests to have a wonderful and respectful stay at our Tiny Home. Please take a moment to review our house rules: 🧍‍♀️🧍‍♂️ Occupancy: No extra guests are permitted beyond the number stated in the reservation without prior approval. 🚭 Smoking: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed inside the property. 🎉Parties & Events: No parties or events are permitted unless prior permission is obtained before hand. 💡 Property Care: We kindly ask that you treat our home with respect. Please report any damages or issues promptly. Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and the AC/heating when leaving the property. 🗓️ Booking Requirements: A three-night minimum stay applies during long weekends, spring break, summer weekends, and holidays. 🚽 Plumbing Care: Absolutely no wipes or female products should be flushed down the toilet. A $200 fee will apply for any plumbing blockages caused by these items. 📝 Other Things to Note 🛍️ Angelica's House of Thrift: Feel free to visit our on-site thrift store, "Angelica's House of Thrift," during your stay! 🚗 Travel Times: We are located approximately 25 minutes to Brunswick, 35 minutes to Savannah, and 25 minutes to FLETC.
