Use of the south section of my house which has two adjacent bedrooms with libraries. The front bedroom ( Ezra's) is connected to a privagte whoer/bagthtub/toilet area with a heat lamp, exhaust fan and a large jade plant. There is an adjacent door to the separate toilet/sink area. There is a Tempur Pedic queen bed, large TV with Roku/Netflix/Amazon Prime. The back bedroom (Sarah's) has a pillow top full bed and a TV with Roku/Netflix/Amazon Prime. Each room has hard wood floors, a dresser and closet space. This is a charming house situated on 4 lovingly-landscaped acres with abutting woods, nestled on a quiet country road. Relax in a spacious, comfortable, fully equipped home with hardwood floors, a sun-drenched porch, a warming fireplace, geothermal heating and cooling system, several select libraries, and an open "great room". Marvel at colorful multiple-type gardens, fruit trees and shrubs, mature woods, deck, a gas grill and an outside fire pit. Swing on the bench at our small private pond, hidden away in our woods, and, in season, celebrate nature by listening to chorus-like peepers, chirping wood frogs and night owls. Included in the rental is a pass to the private, sandy beach on beautiful Queechy Lake (along with lifeguards, swimming, picnic tables, dock, boating and fishing), which is 3 miles away. Very quiet and peaceful setting with small pond and bench on back property. Listen carefully for the hoot of the owls or the frogs peeping at night.
