Description

ManyBearsCanyon, Version 2.0 coming summer 2026, an all inclusive, private, natural wildlife, mountain, experience. This very remote mountain haven is where boundaries of reality melt away into an extraordinary natural serenity; moreover, stepping through this threshold, stresses melt away into sounds of song birds, swaying trees, and a sweet scent of nature. The Cabin is hidden within a canyon at 3800 feet elevation and is the perfect place to disconnect. Note: Cabin is suited for ages 13+ The space Many Bears Canyon is a place to disconnect from everything. The sounds of nature in a Custom hand crafted cabin nestled deep in the Mission Mountain range starting at approximately 3800 feet at the canyon floor and 4600 feet at the canyon walls. The canyon is protected by ancient grizzly bear and elk breading tribal conservation laws. Old logging roads only accessible by walking lead to stunning views and epic wildlife encounters. A true geological lesson waiting to be told to the rock-lover. A heart-shaped pond fed by a small snowmelt creek can be found steps from cabin. This pond is visited by multitude of wildlife from turtles and ducks to deer, bear and large cat, cooling off on a hot summer day. We invite you to view the parade on our bench located at a very safe distance. A place for the true nature lovers at heart. Guest access Our property is surrounded by the Protected Mission Mountain Wilderness and our guests are welcome to access the mountains from our backyard via old mapped logging roads only accessible by walking. Maps with hand notes will be available in the guest cabin. There are walking trails and benches on and around the property where guests can take in the sites and sounds of nature. Guest are designated an area to park near the guest cabin. The barn and the main cabin are private to the owners. Three off-leash dogs reside on the property, they will bark to alert of strangers (doing their job) and are not dangerous. Other things to note *Inside the cabin is a wood-burning cast-iron stove (Jotul), a propane-tankless hot-water heater, and a Roku live streaming TV. *The cabin has a permanently-attached ladder leading to the loft with a full-size bed. If guests are not comfortable using the ladder, we can provide sleeping options on the first floor. *Consider bringing bear-spray and any insect spray you feel you may want. *Once the sun sets, expect the serenity of silence and darkness. Perfect for counting shooting stars, the cosmic dust of the entire Milky-way and finding hard-to-see constellations such as Orion's Belt. Light-pollution is VERY VERY limited. *There is no cell service. Wifi cell service is limited; however, the main cabin has reliable service. Thus, this is a perfect opportunity to disconnect the inter-webs if you choose. * There is a window AC unit for hot summer days however Nights get down below 50 degrees, so the AC is not needed. This is mountain life! 😊
