Welcome to our charming cottage nestled directly on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, boasting approximately 3 kilometers of pristine beach. Perfect for year-round enjoyment, our cottage is an ideal retreat for families, offering two bedrooms (One Queen and one King), along with a bunk room featuring 4 double beds (top bunks suitable for kids only). Set in a tranquil area, it's a haven for relaxation, seaside strolls, and the soothing sounds of crashing waves. The space (Landscaping under way) Our open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living area, adorned with expansive windows and high cathedral ceilings, create a modern and comfortable ambiance. Heated polished concrete floors add a touch of luxury. The mesmerizing ocean view is a constant companion, drawing your gaze throughout the day. Mornings invite you to unwind on the deck's Adirondack chairs or in the hot tub with a cup of fresh Nespresso coffee. Evenings are perfect for enjoying sunsets in the screened-in porch with a propane fire pit and electric radiant heaters. Both bedrooms feature ocean-facing patio doors, allowing the soothing sounds of the ocean to lull you to sleep when left slightly ajar in the evenings. Upstairs, discover our kids' game room just before the bunk room, complete with a secondary TV, PlayStation, and an array of games and toys. Nestled on a small crescent with only one neighbor nearby, our cottage offers a private escape. A short walk from the deck leads you to 3 kilometers of exclusive sandy beach, perfect for morning walks or basking in the summer sun. Indoor comfort is ensured with radiant in-floor heat, a propane fireplace, and a heat pump in the main living room. While the outdoor landscaping is a work in progress, you can still enjoy the gas firepit. Our cottage is well-appointed with amenities, including a washer & dryer, propane BBQ and firepit, high-speed internet, fridge, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, microwave, bath, kitchen & beach towels, beach chairs, bedding, TV, PlayStation, puzzles, and a variety of indoor & outdoor games. Your ideal coastal retreat awaits!" We also have a 50A 240V plug available for your EV Charger if required. Guest access Guests will be able to access the full house except for the Master bedroom closet.
