Very large apartment occupying the whole of the second floor of a Victorian villa. 5 minutes by taxi to city centre, 2 min walk to Lark Lane with its famous bars and restaurants, 5 min walk to Sefton Park. The space This large self contained apartment occupies the whole of the 2nd floor of a detached Victorian Villa. It is perfect for large groups of friends or family coming to explore the city. Hen, stag and birthday groups are welcome, provided you party in town, not in the apartment. Most of our guests come to the city for get togethers with friends or family and use the apartment as a base for exploring and having fun. Please take time to read our many 5* reviews. Most guests are shocked how big it is when they first arrive. The huge 30m2 lounge offers plenty of space to relax and features a 55" UHD Smart TV, XBox with games and a selection of films on DVD, plus 2 double sofa beds. There is also a separate good sized dining room next to the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, integrated fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, washing machine and dish washer. All towels and bed linen are professionally laundered to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is also a selection of toiletries, iron and ironing board and hair dryer provided. The main bedroom with two king sized beds, two double beds and a double sofa bed, is approx 30m2. Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed and a sofa bed. The two bathrooms each have a bath with shower and a toilet. The front garden is very private and gets the sun nearly all day but has shaded areas as well. There is off street parking for 1 or 2 cars and plenty of free street parking for as many cars as you bring. You could easily bring up to 10 cars and have no trouble parking. The city centre with it's famed nightlife, shops and rich culture is a 5 minute taxi ride away. Lark Lane with it's vibrant bars and restaurants is just around the corner. There is a Tesco Metro less than 5 minutes walk away as well as a good selection of other shops nearby. There are a number of great beaches within 10 to 15 miles, with excellent public transport links. Sefton park, arguably Liverpool's best park, is a 5 minute walk away. The North Wales coast and Snowdonia National Park are about an hour's drive away and are perfect for a day out if you're looking for a break from the city. Anfield and Goodison Park are under 4 miles away. It's a great location for a city break in Liverpool because everything is easily accessible by car or public transport and the neighbourhood itself is one of the most popular places to live in the city. We have another self contained apartment available in the same house on the floor below this one. Very large groups or families may want to book both if they are available. Please message me if you're interested in booking both and we can discuss the options. Guest access The villa is split in 3 separate, self contained apartments. This apartment occupies the whole of the top floor. The houses in this neighbourhood are all very large, and most are split into at least 6 or 8 apartments. This house is unusual as it has been split into just 3 very spacious self contained apartments. We live in the lower apartment which occupies the ground floor and basement. We also let out the middle floor apartment on Air BnB. There is off road parking for one or two cars and unlimited free street parking. Our apartment has it's own separate entrance so you won't see us unless you want to ask us anything. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is on the second floor of a Victorian villa. There is no lift, so less mobile guests may struggle with the stairs.
