This beautiful home hosts 2 guests in the main house and an additional 2 guests in the adjacent and fully provisioned Casita; providing 2 couples or a small family with ultimate privacy. The entire property is yours regardless if you use the casita or not and no one will be sharing it with you. For those looking to explore the area, the Casa is just 1 hour from “The Valley” which is Coachella, Indio, Cathedral City, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Palm Desert and Palm Springs and features lots of great restaurants and entertainment! After a day of exploring, relax in the comfort and privacy of the two separate suites, each featuring king-sized beds with high-quality linens, sparkling clean full bathrooms with glass showers. Washer & dryer available for laundry, a full-sized kitchen with center island, large dining area, and all of the cooking necessities for creating your favorite meals! Relax on the comfortable leather couches to watch your favorite shows on the HDTV with streaming capabilities, cozy up next to the electric fireplace, or get work done in the dedicated work alcove. Great for one or two couples or a small family. This property is on acreage and is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay to enjoy the peaceful natural environment near Joshua Tree National Park! Guest access Upon arrival, guests will receive a texted code 30 minutes before check-in that allows entry into the home via keypad. Check-in is at 3PM, and check-out is at 11AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, pending availability and please contact before arriving to see if early check in is available. Please check with the co-host Karalee in advance! The home and property is entirely yours during your stay. There will be a guest house manual upon arrival with local area recommendations including a home guide, places to see, restaurants and grocery stores. Please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions about the area! Other things to note You are staying in a friendly and peaceful area and we kindly ask you to respect the community and the environment. Please monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet Hours are in place from 10:00pm - 8:00am. No parties and no unauthorized guests allowed. No smoking on property. The Main House is available for maximum of 2 people. The adjacent Casita suite is available for another couple or family members. We do not rent the property out separately, so the full acreage is completely yours for the duration of your stay! Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but MUST be on a leash. They cannot run free on property. A pet fee will apply. Cats are not allowed. Please pick-up after your dogs. The neighbors behind the home have horses and they request PLEASE do not approach, pet, or feed the horses. Also, you are in the middle of the Mojave Desert and there are creatures big and small who came here before us! Coyotes, rabbits, snakes, and some other wildlife may be seen on property. Please be conscious of the environment and do not leave trash or food out. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything broken,please advise Karalee within 3 hours of arrival so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB. Important Notice: Additional Charges for Guests To help maintain a clean, comfortable, and high-quality experience for all our guests, please note the following additional charges that may apply during your stay: Late Check-Out Fee: $50 for departures after the scheduled time without prior approval. Excessive Cleaning Fee: $100 if the home requires deep or extended cleaning beyond standard turnover. Pet Hair Removal Fee: $50 if excessive dog hair is found on furniture, bedding, or flooring. Linen & Towel Replacement: Charged at current market rates for any stained, damaged, or missing items. Hot Tub Draining & Cleaning: $500 if the hot tub requires draining due to misuse, contamination, or damage (e.g., glass, food, soaps, or improper use).
